Power Stone Mines help your kingdom harvest Power Stones 
in order to rank up your heroes.
There's only one Power Stone Mine available per kingdom, which gets unlocked at Castle level 2. Early on in your Campaigning, the Power Stone Mine should be the priority building to level up, as it is imperative to maintain a good income of Power Stones to get your heroes ranked up faster.
