The Fortune Teller is a fun building, where you spend Wishing Tokens 
and Super Wishing Tokens 
in order to spin their respective wheels for prizes.
You unlock this building after reaching Castle level 2.
Spinning the regular Fortune Teller wheel x2 is a Daily Mission, and you can do so completely free - in one of the other daily missions, you are required to collect free gold from your kingdom. Doing this 2 times a day will reward you with x2 , and you can turn around and use those towards your daily spins.
It's important to note that spinning the Super Fortune Teller wheel does NOT count towards the daily missions, or the Fortune Teller Event.
